Steeping in the Density of it All.....

Wow, woke up this morn with that feeling....."run over by a truck"... not unusual for me but reminded me of how vulnerable we are as humans, pursuing the most beautiful sublime states of being and often experiencing (& either enjoying or resisting) just the plain mundanity & density of it all. I went to the Grand Lake farmers' market as I love to mingle on Sat mornings, listening to a GeneKey call while perusing vegies & laying in the grass basking in sunshine. R Rudd said something profound at the beginning of the call....how he & Marshall woke up this morn in their 'lead body' (as opposed to 'light body'), laughing that this is exactly the point, to reach deep into the physical plane with our awareness, generating waves of consciousness at the most dense pieces of our cellular body. So this was one of those magical confirmations, that sitting in the density is not a problem at all but perhaps part of the gift. Hummm.

Prime Gifts

I just re-visited the GeneKeys and was moved to tears by this reminder: that I am here to live my life passionately one step at a time, without foresight, without a clear sense of direction!...and that the love & empowerment that others may experience in my presence have nothing to do with trying to serve or save the world, but by living each moment to the fullest and committing myself to that journey regardless of where it may take me.
